Bauer llegó con una propuesta clara: crear un restaurante de alta cocina peruana donde la elegancia y la experimentación gastronómica se unieran en una experiencia única. A partir de su brief, inicié un proceso de investigación profunda, explorando la riqueza de la cultura andina y peruana. Analicé sus formas geográficas onduladas, la armonía de sus colores naturales y la intensidad cromática necesaria para proyectar sofisticación. Inspirado en ingredientes y recetas autóctonas, desarrollé una identidad visual que equilibra tradición y vanguardia, transmitiendo la esencia de Bauer: un espacio donde la gastronomía peruana se eleva a una expresión de arte y distinción.

Bauer arrived with a clear vision: to create a fine dining restaurant where elegance and culinary experimentation come together in a unique experience. Based on their brief, I embarked on an in-depth research process, exploring the richness of Andean and Peruvian culture. I analyzed its undulating geographical forms, the harmony of its natural colors, and the intensity needed to convey sophistication. Inspired by native ingredients and traditional recipes, I developed a visual identity that balances tradition and innovation, capturing the essence of Bauer: a space where Peruvian cuisine is elevated to an expression of art and distinction.
